What is a Broadband Facts label?
The FCC requires internet providers to show a Broadband Facts label for each plan, like a nutrition label for internet service. It lists the monthly price, fees, speeds, latency, data included and where to get help, so you can compare plans easily.
How do I read this label?
- Monthly price: what you pay each month before taxes and fees
- Typical speeds: what most customers get at busy times
- Latency: the delay before data starts moving; lower is better for video calls
- Data included: high-speed data before speeds may slow
Open Internet and network management
This disclosure explains how FreeCall Wireless Inc. manages its mobile broadband service, consistent with the FCC transparency rule. Our service runs on the network of T-Mobile, our network partner.
Blocking and throttling of lawful content
We do not block lawful websites, applications, services or devices, and we do not slow down lawful traffic based on its content, source or destination.
Paid prioritization and affiliated prioritization
We do not accept payment to favor some internet traffic over other traffic, and we do not prioritize our own content or services.
Congestion management
Like all mobile networks, capacity at a cell site is shared. During times of congestion, traffic on our service may be temporarily given lower priority than other traffic on the network, which can reduce speeds. When congestion clears, normal speeds return.
Data thresholds and reduced speeds
Plans include a monthly amount of high-speed data shown on the Broadband Facts label. After it is used, data may be slowed until the plan renews or you add data. Calls and texts are not affected.
Video optimization
Video may be streamed at a resolution suitable for mobile screens to help data last longer. You can add data at any time.
Security
We and our network partner may take action against traffic that threatens the network or customers, such as denial-of-service attacks, malware or spam.
Devices and applications
Any lawful device that is compatible with the network may be used. Some features, such as VoLTE and Wi-Fi calling, require a compatible device.
Privacy
We do not inspect the content of your communications for commercial purposes. See our Privacy Policy and CPNI notice.

No. We do not block or throttle lawful content, applications or devices.
Why can speeds vary?
Mobile networks are shared. Location, buildings, device and congestion all affect speed.
