What is FreeCall Wireless?
FreeCall Wireless is a Lifeline provider that offers Free Government Phone service to eligible households in all 50 states and Washington, D.C. Our office is in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Is there any cost?
Lifeline service is $0 a month for eligible customers. Free phones cost nothing. Some premium models, such as certain iPhones, have a one-time co-pay shown before you apply.
How long does it take to apply?
About five minutes online. Approval is often instant when the National Verifier confirms your benefits.

Eligibility questions
Who qualifies?
Households on SNAP, Medicaid, SSI, Federal Public Housing Assistance or the Veterans Pension, or with income at or below 135% of the poverty guidelines. See eligibility.
What is the 2026 income limit?
$21,546 a year for one person and $44,550 for four in the 48 states and D.C. Alaska and Hawaii are higher.
Can I qualify without a Social Security number?
Yes. You can use a Tribal ID number or provide other documents to verify your identity.
Can more than one person in my home get Lifeline?
Only one benefit is allowed per household. Separate households at the same address can each qualify.

What phones are free?
Samsung Galaxy A16 5G, Galaxy A15 5G, moto g 5G, moto g play and a 4G flip phone are $0. iPhones are free in select states or discounted. See all phones.
