When will my free phone arrive?
Phones usually ship within one to two business days after approval and arrive in about three to seven business days. Your order details show the order date, device, tracking number and estimated delivery.
What if my package is late or missing?

- Look around your door, mailbox and building office
- Ask neighbors or your building manager
