Quick answer

How does the FreeCall Wireless Community Partner Program work?

Community organizations, agencies and businesses can join the Community Partner Program to share accurate Lifeline information with people who may qualify. Applicants always apply and verify eligibility themselves, and no one is paid per enrollment. Send an inquiry with the form and our team responds within two business days.

Program terms

FreeCall Wireless does not run a customer referral or rewards program. Partners take part to help their communities, not for payment.

  • Partners share accurate Lifeline information and our official materials
  • Applicants apply themselves and verify eligibility through official channels
  • In line with FCC rules, no one is paid commissions based on Lifeline enrollments
  • Partners never collect Social Security numbers or documents for us

How do partners help people apply?

Share our eligibility page or application with anyone who might qualify. They apply for themselves, and our team helps them through verification.

What do partner organizations get?

Plain-language Lifeline guides, help for clients who are applying or recertifying, and a direct contact on our team in Tulsa. We can also join community events where people need help getting connected.

Which organizations do we work with?

  • Food banks and meal programs
  • Homeless shelters and housing authorities
  • Senior centers and area agencies on aging
  • Veterans service organizations
  • Tribal social services
  • Community health centers and clinics

What materials can partners use?

We provide flyers and guides that explain eligibility, documents and how to apply, in English and Spanish. Materials always state that Lifeline is a government benefit, that only one benefit is allowed per household, and that applicants must qualify.

Can people outside my organization's area apply?

Yes. FreeCall Wireless serves all 50 states and Washington, D.C. Friends, neighbors and relatives in other households can each apply for their own Lifeline benefit if they qualify. Each household can have one benefit.

Every partnership starts with a short conversation about the people you serve and how we can help.
